    Remember: even though you’re desperate for a job, an employer will not hire you based on your needs, but rather their needs. Why should an employer hire you? What can you offer them? What problem can you solve for them? Know what you’re good at. Even if you haven’t been able to “practice” what you’re good at in previous jobs, now’s the time to consider doing what you’re good at as a career option.
