The term “corporate social responsibility” is used quite liberally these days. How do you define it? There are a lot of people in the business world that regard it as a form of marketing or philanthropy. Are you opening a dollar store? Have you started looking for a location yet? If not, then it is important to know that finding the right location is without a doubt the most important tasks that you will undertake prior to opening your store. Take the time to thoroughly examine the location options that are available before you make a decision. The demographics of the potential dollar store shopper are very broad, and the number of shoppers within that demographic group is huge. Excellent visibility and high traffic count, coupled with easy access and convenient parking are key considerations. Before opening a dollar store be sure that you thoroughly examine not only

Not least of the changes happened to its name: it once was known by its legalese name, “Subchapter S corporation,” but became the more upbeat S corporation after the Subchapter S Revision Act of 1982 was passed. The S corporation is favored by investors because it affords them the best of both worlds: S corporations offer many of the benefits normally attributed to partnership taxation in addition to the limited liability benefits normally enjoyed by limited liability corporations (LLC).
