Celebrate Administrative Professionals Day With Flowers
Administrative Professionals Day is just around the corner, always the same, last week of April. But for some reason we all tend to forget. Bosses and managers rushing around at the last minute searching for the perfect gift for that irreplaceable assistant, secretary or paralegal is a common sight. But why not make it easy. A bouquet of flowers can be just the right gift to say exactly what you want, if you know where to look. The ancient Greek and Egyptians had it right and even our forebears, the Victorians knew the power of flowers to get your message acros
erent except the internet is used and instead of it only costing you maybe $20 you are now looking at what is called gifting and the amount is $1000 plus. I remember these old chain letters sending $5 to 4 people asking to be added to their mailing list. Now everything is gifting. You start with a gift of $1,000 and you invite people to these calls where they hear about all these people making $10,000 plus. The excitement on the call is what gets newbies to want to get in on this. Several opportunities like this were GasUp USA, another one called MyCashBiz and so on.

How To Avoid A Bad Business Opportunity - Review
I am sure at some point we have all been tempted by 'get rich quick' schemes. You have heard and seen it all before, the tempting schemes that we receive by email/post/newspaper advertisements etc. They promise we will be able to give up work and make ?1000's for just a few minutes work a day on the internet. They tempt you by promises of nice houses, cars and holidays and lots of ???'s.Here are some key points on how to establish whether a 'Business Opportunity' is likely to leave you broke rather than lead you to the promised pot of gold at the end of the
I just received another one in my inbox today. The link in the email when clicked takes you to a site with a picture of some guy standing in front of a nice house with a great car and you hear this audio of him saying how much money you will make with his program and why this works and the others don't. He told me why MLM doesn't work, Why gifting doesn't work, and why these very high ticket items don't work. In the end he says he has a program for everybodys budget, one that is $1,000, the other is $297 and the final one is just $14.95. Everybody has a point where they will part with some of there money in the hopes that they are going to make so much more.

Is there actually a product here or is everybody just throwing money into the wind in the hopes that their money will be returned to them in a greater number? Is it true, "There is one born every minute"? These people are going to spend this money anyways whether it be on a vacation, a concert, of drugs and alcohol but with whats going around these days is that there is hope that you will get more money back than you invested..

Lets look at all these programs and opportunities one at a time. With MLM, these products can be bought at the local Wal-Mart. You can by any vitamin at a local GNC but with the MLM you get this stuff automatically shipped to you every month. If you are one of the 'distributors' then you have to commit to getting like $100 of this product every month and most of it will just build up in supply in the back of a closet or a part of your garage. There are other products besides health products with MLM. A friend of mine is involved in this one company that sells healthy organic pet foods. These are the same products that can be obtained from Petsmart. I can see where this would be great for pet owners that don't live near a Petsmart but what about everybody else?

Now lets look at these companies that sell this opportunity that allows everybody to have a site where they can sell products from Wal-Mart, JCPenny, and Cub Foods and earn a commission on everything that is sold throughout their site. You pay only $1000 to get this site built for you with all these products. Basically what you are paying for is the opportunity to be able to sell products from major retailers and earn a whole 3% commission. In reality if I am going to sell their products then they should pay me for this privilege.

Now remember the old chain letter schemes. These days they are not much different except the internet is used and instead of it only costing you maybe $20 you are now looking at what is called gifting and the amount is $1000 plus. Why Are There Free Podcasts
Why are there free podcastsPodcasting, unlike other media forms, almost never has charges for services, and the vast majority of feed producers distribute free podcasts. This puts at odds with, say, online radio stations, news sites that offer media to subscribers, or the online music industry general. Even though podcasting has very direct correlations with industries like news and music that have strong business models, podcasting differs. Podcasting does not really have a business model, and hardly anyone is podcasting in order to profit from it.at they are going to make so much more.

Need Temporary Office Space... But Don't Have A Big Budget?
Here is a quick tip for securing temporary office space without spending a bundle of money or getting involved in a lot of hassles. Just remember these three words: 'shared office space'. Savvy business people recognize that the words 'shared office space' does not mean actually sharing space with another company. They refer to a type of permanent or temporary office space that can be quickly and easily obtained for any length of time. For example, let us say you need to set up temporary office space somewhere. It can be either in your area or a

How Freight Factoring Can Help Trucking and Logistics Companies
Owning a trucking company or logistics company (freight brokerage) can be very profitable. At the same time, transportation companies tend to be cash hungry. There are fuel expenses, employee expenses, operator expenses, repair expenses and many other expenses that need to be paid quickly. However, most customers don’t offer quick-pays and usually pay their freight bills in 30 to 60 days. This creates a major challenge. Why? You have expenses that need to be paid quickly and customers that want to pay slowly. Unless your company has some available funds, you w

Workplace Violence - Acknowledge, Anticipate, and Act
Part I—Acknowledge that workplace violence will happenThe workplace has become a dangerous place. Just ask staff and faculty at Virginia Tech University or the people at NASA. People prone to committing violent acts are in fact mentally unstable, and they work alongside us every day. Organizations of all kinds must develop policies and contingency plans to deal with the potentialities of workplace violence.Unbalanced people cause disruptionsMany Americans are mentally ill. What it all boils down to with all these programs is that its all a numbers game. In the old days your target were just people in your own home town but now because of the Net you can recruit people from all over the world. These days there is a lot of these Nigerian Scams out in the world and the numbers are growing. They figure that if they don't get your money then somebody else will eventually so why not let it be them. We are all suckers looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

They say that the United States is one of the wealthiest countries in the world. How much of that wealth was obtained legitimately? Are we the county of all the worlds best con men? I, myself, have a hard time doing anything that will disturb my being able to sleep peacefully at night. I am bothered that I may end up living a life of poverty because I don't want to get ahead by ripping of others.

I do believe that there are honest ways to make money with the net like providing a service or a product that fills a need without taking advantage of the lack of intelligence of other people. Like maybe selling Audiobooks via the net. Some people in rural outlying areas may not have the convenience of being able to go to their local Barnes and Noble to pick one of these up. Their only option at the time is mail order. By giving them access through the web and the ability to download what they just purchased is a service that they don't have available to them right now.
