Although businesses train and train to improve out front customer service, these people appear like heroes to us in the vast wasteland of non-service. Heroic customer service brings us back. It adds great value to the success of any business.

A hero is a champion, a fighter for what should be. Simply, a hero is someone who is able to take care of a situation that needs fixing! Good customer service is exactly that; someone who makes the effort to “get ‘er done” for us!
