It is crucial to maintain consistent, positive contact with the people in your organization. They need to know that you are there to help them anyway you can! Network Marketing is not an impersonal business. Sometimes I think we forget this because the internet is some what impersonal. You don’t just email someone and hope they join. You build relationships with people over-time! People need to know someone cares about them – And your actions will show that! Lead By Example It can be scary to lead by example, especially when first starting out. You don’t have all the answers and are afraid someone will expect you to know it all – No One Does! Remember, that all leaders were once just starting out at some point in their careers, and we never reach a point where we can’t learn something new. As leaders we make ourselves available to teach, train, and motivate, and if we don’t know we say, I don’t know, but I will find out and we get back to the person with the answer. The really Great Leaders lead by example! The Great Leader gets out there in the trenches and blazes a trail for their organization.
