    When you are feeling all those fluttery, jittery sensations in your body, like stomach flips and racing heart, allow those sensations to move through your body. Don't seize up and try to make them go away. This is the mistake that most people make. They feel that energy moving and they react negatively and try to make it stop. This only makes you more tense and anxious as you resist your own nervous system. Just breathe and say to yourself, "Ooo, my energy is moving!"
