    The First Step In Sales
Most if not all sales processes consists of three steps. The first one is a very simple one. It is such a basic step that many tend to forget to use it. Even in a normal communication process this activity is also required, but often source of confusion when the complete step has been skipped or ignored. But whether it is the internal sales process, communicating the goals and activities to pursue or the external sales process, it starts with information. How often do you come across a situation that you have not been informed your self by your manager? Or, as a manager have you ever forgotten to inform your team members about an important issue that will have consequences later on?The first step in sales is about informing the other party, the other side or person on the line. Sales is not only about selling a pro

Difference Between Web Designer and Web Programmer
So, you are looking for a website... Although you may have heard the titles "Web-designer" and "Web-developer" being used interchangeably, there is actually a dramatic difference between a web-designer and a web-developer. In effect, the difference between the two goes back to two extremely important aspects of a website – the visual or aesthetic aspect of a website, known as the “front-end”, and the unseen coding aspect of a website, known as the “back-end”. Simply put, web-designers deal with the front-end of a website, while web-developers deal with the back-end of a website – however, these days there can be quite a bit of crossover between the two. What is a Web-Designer?A web-designer, for the most part, is only concerned with the visual aspect of the website – they know and understand
There are a lot of tapes and books and CD and even videos out there that claim they teach you how to write, but how many actually offer a full 4 part course included in their manual. A course that is offered in London as part of a creative writing school?

This one does. And more importantly, it works. But if you are stuck in the box mind-set that it takes years and years of torture to produce that amazing book, then this is not for you and you should go back to talking about writing and getting a couple of sentences a week down on the computer when inspiration comes.

The following information is for people who think they don’t have enough time to sit down and write. This is for those people who would love to write a book, fiction or non-fiction but never seem to get around to it. This is for the writers already out there that would love to find a way to write more in the time they have.

I’m going to let you in on a few secrets of this writing game. Secrets I learned from this same course. It took me three years to finally put this information into practice, and it was the best thing I have ever done.

You see it took me 3 years to write my first full-length book, Blood of the Wolf http://www.writer113.com. Last November I finally sat down and took full notice of this course. Why? Because I participated in a special writing program, called, NaNoWriMo. Write a novel of at least 50,000 words in one month – November to be exact. I’d never done that before. It meant I needed to plan ahead, think things through and work out the plotline and subplots (at least 3) before I even sat down to write. So I dusted off the old CD Course and whacked it into the computer. I followed the instructions and yes it was difficult at the time (first time is always the hardest) but it is like riding a bike, once you get your balance, you start to gain confidence and then you go faster and faster and faster. This course is like that.

I finished NaNoWriMo easily, within 3 weeks I had a fully edited and ready to re-write (yes, I still do that) 70,000 words book. Only needed 50,000 but I just had to finish it off. A bit of math for you math lovers out there, that’s 3333.3333 words a day! I would have thought that was impossible while working a full time job, and running a part time business.

Web Design - Make Your Pages Search Engine Friendly
It goes without saying that there is no point in building a website unless there are visitors coming in. One major source of traffic for most sites on the Internet is through the search engines like Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Altavista and so on. Hence, by designing a search engine friendly site, you will be able to rank easily in search engines and obtain more visitors. The major search engines use programs called crawlers or robots to index websites to list on their search result pages. They follow links to a page, read the content of the page and record it in their own database, pulling up the listing as people search for it.Proper keyword research is obviously a must for on-page optimization but what use is this on page optimization if the search engines robots can’t ‘read’ your site well in the first place?Fo

The Budget Of Your Personal Values
Statistics from the personal values assessment reveal an interesting fact that fits human behavior. It is all to do with the budget principle and the challenge to comply with this principles. We all know the reasons – we want too much and we are not always able to make choices. The budget principles is simple. Everybody should know it but applying the rule in practice is quite complicated. There is a variation of this rule but they all come down to the same mechanism: you have the disposal of an amount of money (the budget) which puts a constraint on your spending. The budget is a result of some capacity that might involve a credit mechanism, but with or without credits, at one moment in time the budget is spend. There is in fact nothing new about this rule and that’s why people are not even aware of it because it c

How to Hire a Webdesigner...or Should You Make One Yourself?
Creating a Website that works is the main goal of a website. A website that works is one that attracts visitors who are potential clients or customers and gets them to do what you want. Your most wanted response can be anything from purchasing a product, E-book or your service. The way that is done is by creating a website that focuses on high quality content - giving people what they are looking for and what they are usually looking for is information. Even if you are creating a website for your service business such as a massage therapy practice, what you will need to provide is enough information about yourself, what you do and what solution you provide so that they will trust you enough to pick up the phone and call. Most webdesigners know very little about how to do that. Most designers know about html, css

Ready to write? Ready to be let in on the secret? (and there IS a secret!)

I am living proof that this works. Remember a few paragraphs back, I mentioned NaNoWriMo? Yes? Great, you have been paying attention.

NaNoWriMo was in November 2003. Since that time, I have a new novel coming out in a few months, short stories are selling, I have a three chapbook series, each chapbook coming in at 17,000 words each (NOTE: The first one took 4 days. The second took a week and the third has yet to be written.) I have another novel in editing stage called, “The Game” and am writing my next book. All this since November 2003. And to think it used to take me ages to write a short story and 3 years to write my first novel, “Blood of the Wolf”.

People say, “Prove it works, then I’ll look into it.” Sorry, I’m calling your bluff. And at only $49.95, this course is well worth it. You can be what you want to be when you’ve writ
