If the staff and employees are diverse, it makes the responsibilities of the leader even more important.An effective leader understands their success depends upon their ability to get all the moving parts of the organization working for the same cause. Looking to create a system of removed investors looking to profit with no reinvestment in the soil from which they harvested. As we become more of a global economy we are in fact having to take on a regional mindset to survive, the only difference is we have a wider circle of economic influence we must consider- the planet earth! Like our environment if we want a skilled motivated workforce we must reinvest in the economic landscape and this all starts with making sure that the product or service will sustain itself in a particular economic soil long term.
