    Discontentment in the Workplace
While more people are finding employment, more employed workers are discontent and experiencing frustration. In most cases it can be boiled down to four factors: feeling undervalued, unappreciated and powerless, and world events. You can possess a tremendous amount of creativity and skill, but if you a

Bluetooth Technology And The Future Of Advertising
Nearly all new cellular phones and mobile devices come equipped with Bluetooth technology. It is the common wireless communication platform, shared by all new mobile devices. Data transmission via Bluetooth is relatively fast and does not charge the sender or recipient, making it an attractive method for the
I have always said when you buy and run a business -- a manufacturing business -- there are times when outsourcing is almost a guarantee -- as you can triple your profits without tripling your overhead. And if you are going to outsource you have to get your head on straight about how other countries do business. And after 30 years of outsourcing, my favorite country to outsource to has always been -- hands down -- Mexico, and not China.

    Why?

Well, first of all -- and this is not a knock of the Chinese people, but an observation of their overall business culture where they play by a completely different set of rules than we do in the U.S. -- if you have a proprietary product, in China they're going to steal it within one hour and they’ll be manufacturing it themselves.

    Incorporation Services
There are several entities and individuals who provide incorporation services. They can advise you, complete all relevant documentation and file them with the regulatory agency on your behalf. If needed, some of the incorporation services might help in arranging the first meeting of the shareholders of an inc

How to Keep Your Customers Coming Back
My mother always told me that you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar. But I always wondered why anyone would want to catch flies. I guess she was saying you’d get further in life by being nice to others than being mean and stingy. As a result of mother’s sage wisdom, I live by this prin

    Business Email Etiquette
Ah, email. Since its invention, communication has greatly changed. We email our employers. We email our employees. We email our friends. We email our family. Perhaps we even email, after a few bottles of wine, our pets. Email has changed our lives and the future of email will likely even change it more. Soon,

ORCA - Does the Government Really Have A Killer Whale?
The Government, in my opinion, has created a “Killer Whale” when they created ORCA. ORCA stands for “Online Representations and Certifications Application”.If you have a small home business that is qualified to do business with the Federal Government and is currently listed in the Central Contractor R

I have never had any trouble working with the businesses and managers in Mexico. But in China, you have to constantly watch what's going on until the contract is signed.

In fact, when I taught seminars, Asians in my class would consider me racist because of what I was saying. I’d say it has nothing to do with race, and it's just the way the business culture is.
