    A management team, which has worked together for a long period of time is much like a special team in the Armed Forces or a sports team. There is efficiency and organizational capital, which has been nurtured for years. However, sometimes things change and there will be a need for one of the executives to go to another division or department or set up another offshoot for the company.There will also be times of retirement, people leaving the company or even getting the ax due to the Board of Directors lack of confidence in the individual. Nevertheless no matter what the reason is for the change management there will be efficiency gaps within the organization as one hand does not understand what the other is doing because they have not been working together for as long.To prevent efficiency gaps from growing the team in place must understand how change management works and how to foster the remaining organizational capital and where things need to improve in the communication chain. Many people who talk about change management do so from a theoretical standpoint rather than an actual doing it standpoint.You can study change management all you want in the textbooks of America's greatest MBA schools and professors can teach class after class on the workings and psychological displacements caused during change management, but until you've been there and you have to deal
    Leadership is based on two words, "pressure and support"and that the leadership is the power to influence people to move in a direction that you believe in your heart is a good direction for most people" (Fennell, 1999, p. 267). Adams and Yoder noted that "evidence from contemporary studies on sex-roles and leadership indicates that men and women, with similar education, career aspirations and training, have basically identical scores on measures of psychological masculinity and femininity." In other words, the traits we assume are important in good leadership can be found among people of both genders.

    What makes a leader is a complex question. It includes factors from the environment in which an individual was raised, his or her family situation, and his or her personality traits. . The following discussion is a summary of my own observations plus some of the conclusions of others

    According to an overview of research conducted by me ,women are a fast-growing segment of the business community worldwide. The leadership characteristics required to make a success in this new reality are very much “feminine characteristics”. These characteristics include:

    1) Self-confidence, an independent mind-set and a willingness to take risks
    2) Ability to balance work and family (most are married)
    3) Self-confidence, an independent mind-set and a willingness to take risks
    4) About 40 to 60 years old
    5) Well educated with high skills in management and entrepreneurship
    6) Integration of personal and profession
    7) Intuition
    8) Social skills
    9) Direction
    10) –Hires competent, trustworthy people (not putting priority on loyalty) 20 Questions That Helped Me Take A Leap Of Faith And Change Careers
    When I was working more than 45 hours a week in a job with a two hour commute each day, the challenge of a new husband, new step children, two beagle dogs and maintaining a home was more than a stretch! Something had to give, and unfortunately I was the one starting to not be able to hold it together!It was a Catch 22 situation. We had an expensive home near the city center with large mortgage costs, which demanded feeding through joint incomes. This really was a worrying point for me.However, I soon discovered a home business could contain all the excitement, victories and thrills of my previous work, without the stress, backstabbing and hassles from people. For me the challenge is interesting and results rewarding.     Whenever I can, I try to frequent locally owned and operated businesses. To be even more specific, non-franchised businesses. You're now asking "why?" Before I get into that, I will say that I believe that chains, franchises and large corporate owned businesses have their place in our consumerist society. However, how did most all of the big companies start? That's right. They started as small, locally owned and operated businesses.If the big businesses (a most typically we're talking about eating establishments) started out as local places, then what's the problem with frequenting them? There is no problem per se; it's more about supporting local business owners while at the same time ensuring we have a continual stream of new choices. Additionally, when you're traveling, it's a great idea to find the best local spots.I know that going to a chain or franchise can be comforting. You know what you're going to get. That's fine, but can you really get a feel for a city or town from eating at the same place you do when you're at home? No, it's the same old same old. I know that the people there are locals, but you really get a flavor for a town (no pun intended) when eating at a great locally owned and operated business.Once in a while (and it is very infrequently) these businesses grow up, and expand and ultimately become large corporations with stores or officfrom the environment in which an individual was raised, his or her family situation, and his or her personality traits. .     Believe it or not there are lots of employment opportunities in auto detailing and this is a career as it is the type of business you can learn as you work. It only take a few months and you can go from an apprentice to a seasoned of veteran of the industry in a busy detail shop.Many people who work in the auto detailing business are actually independent contractors and they get paid for every car they do and the shop deals with a customer and cuts them a check at the end of each day or week for all the cars that they have detailed. It is kind of like a running your own business, but someone else is paying all the bills.Employment opportunities in auto detailing are good because you can learn a new trade on the job and get paid well for doing it.     12) Men and women tend to lead in different ways.Namely, women leadership strategy is based on family pattern. It means that women tend to view solving problems differently than men. Women tend to be more holistic in their thinking.
    13) Leaders must be conscious of what is perceived by others and develop strategies that are proactive in building success. Marcano (1997) described this as "know thyself" and further stated that it is important to be honest and objective when evaluating your strengths and abilities, as well as your goals

    Researching – Case study of Serbia I presented the latest results of researching related to women leaders and their position in the business world,i.e. how does people look at ( divided into sex,ages and level of education) women leaders and if they trust them. My scientific task was to make some conclusions and to point out some special characteristics of Serbia and Balkan region. We can see different opinions related to our questions : Do you trust to women-leaders? Could they be equaly successful in business world like men?
