Debt Consolidation Requires Complete Investigation and Planning
Debt consolidation is a hot topic these days, with credit card companies doubling the minimum payment for most consumers who carry a balance from month-to-month. For many, it seems that their debt will never go away, and that the payments are simply unachievable. We seem to be a country destined for bankruptcy. However, there is an answer for millions who need to lower their monthly payments and to eliminate high interest credit card debt. The quick and simple answer may actually lie in loan consolidation, and the time to consolidate may never be better than it is right now.Why is now a good time? Well, quite simply with the bankruptcy reform laws and the changes allowed by the credit acts of recent years loan consolidation companies have discovered that by offering low fixed and introductory rates, they are able to gain customers. They are in business to make a profit, of course! But, they are also in business to help consumers to become debt-

    Bouncy Castles - A Goldmine?
One of the many questions that people ask themselves when thinking of either starting their own business, or earning extra income, is what offers the best opportunity? With so many different opportunities, finding one that is relatively easy, inexpensive and worthwhile can be difficult. However, one area that all these and more are covered in, and offers a potential goldmine into the bargain, is a bouncy castle.Think about it – walk into any park today, or stroll along any seaside resort beach, or even something like a church fete, and you're pretty much guaranteed to see a bouncy castle full of children enjoying themselves. And it's not just public places either – bouncy castles are becoming more popular for children's private birthday parties as well. How Do I Start?Depending on whether you wish to make it a part-time business or a hobby will determine whether you buy or rent a bouncy castle. The good news is that both options are relative
Question: If Julius and Ethel Rosenberg had started a newspaper and published the classified information they had acquired in that paper instead of passing it covertly to the Soviets would they still have been guilty of treason?

Tell you what, we will come back to that question a little later to give you a chance to think about it ok?

In the mean time, let’s talk about the New York Times, which has once again raised some eyebrows. Within the past week the Times published information about a (by their own words) “secret” program known as SWIFT. SWIFT used a network to “follow the money” of terrorists and their backers around the world. It is also something the Times itself complained that the government should be doing shortly after the attacks of September 11th.

In the past it has been used successfully. However now the future use of this operation is in doubt.

I don’t know what part of “classified” or “top secret” some in the entrenched bureaucracy don’t seem to understand. But clearly we have some people whom, for whatever reason, think that they are the ones that chose what information is kept secret and what is disclosed.

The Benefits of the Space Program
Try as I have, I can only think of two things that can or have made our lives better here on Earth as a result of our space program. Those items are the invention of the fuel cell and global satellite communications. All of the rest of the space program is nothing more than a huge waste of taxes, and that includes that piecemeal international space station and our desire to travel to other places in the universe. You see, the fuel cell produces electricity that can power almost all of our transportation equipment and satellites, together with cell phones, can save our lives in the event of an emergency. How can we make fuel cells practical and economical machines for our future? Well, the best way to do that is to capture the Sun's energy by building solar cell and windmill generator fields on desert property that has no other real useful purpose. Then, use that free energy to power factories that create hydrogen. That hydrogen can power our m

Virtual Real Estate : Why You Should Know What It Is And Start Building It!
Popularized by John Reese, the “virtual real estate” concept is very interesting, but somewhat confusing for some web marketers, so let’s start with an explanation!Virtual real estate is NOT about offline real estate, but it is about building an ever-growing number of high quality websites that will bring in money for years to come. Can you build virtual real estate by using automated website and content creators? Definitely not. As time will pass, it will become more and more difficult to get good rankings in the search engines, and crappy websites built with automated software and duplicate content will just disappear from the search engines results. This is why it is important to start building high quality websites TODAY, so you will gain traffic from the search engines from years to come.Do you need a product or a service to sell in order to build your own virtual real estate empire? Absolutely not! And this is the nice thing abou

Don’t let overwhelm hold you back— follow this expert advice and start writing your promotional article today. As a writing coach, I frequently work with independent professionals who have great ideas for promotional articles, but no idea how to start writing them. Here are the first three of six essential steps to help you get clear about your subject, kick-start your process, and ensure your article is ready to go.1. Have something you really, really want to say. It seems obvious, but before you write, make sure there's a point you want to make, a story you want to tell, advice you just have to give. You've got to be a little bit burning to write, or your message will ramble, you’ll be bored, and there'll be no connection with your reader. Before you write, see if you can state the kernel of what you want to say in one sentence. If you can make it intriguing, all the better:"Here are six guaranteed ways to kick-start your writing."

The New York Times and other newspapers have been all too eager to take information from these rogue agents within our government and plaster it all over the pages they print. They do this to stir up anger over something they personally don’t like, a desire for revenge over some perceived wrong doing, ego spite, or what have you. Editors around the nation seem to salivate at the thought of getting a scoop on some government program without asking first how disclosing such information would be harmful. But at the same time they are not ashamed to show false outrage over a non-leak of non-classified information (i.e. Valerie Plame) when it suits them.

Everyday I become more and more convinced that the people of this country know the lyrics of whatever song happens to be number one on the Billboard Charts better than those in our Constitution. Those words and their meaning are an enigma to most and as a whole are so often misquoted and taken out of context that it is a wonder that we continue to survive as a free Constitutional Republic. Heck some of you right now are scratching your heads saying “Republic? I thought we were a Democracy?”

And if you ask me which part of the Constitution is misquoted and misrepresented most often I would ha
