Israel and Lebanon: Fight to the Death the premise of the formation of a Palestinian State carved out of territory formerly referred to as “Palestine” under the Ottoman Turks, and subsequently under the Syrian auspices, and formerly administereIsrael: Iran and Lebanon: a one-sided Affair [8/1/2006]You get what you pay for. Syria and Iran applaud Lebanon’s capturing of the two Jews, that started this conflict, whom will not let them go, and their attacking Israel with rockets, and then on the other hand they cry because the Jewish Nations retaliates, and is kicking ass royally. You can’t have your cake and eat it to. It is one way or the other. If you want peace, you seek it, if you want war, you keep the Jews, and rocket the boarder, simple as baking a pie, yet these Arab souls cannot understand the simplicity of this. Perhaps it is because they do not want peace, and then you get what you want, war. What do they expect?Iran runs to the UN and cry’s wolf [while they are handing out weapons to the terrorists to fight another day; hypercritic; the other fact is, Israel fights like they do; evil likes to have the edge but with the Jews, they have to fight fire with fire; the west should take a lesson here. I see also, that only 30-rockets hit Israel today, when I been counting one hundred plus, each day by the good ol’ fellows across the boarder; it tells me they are losing the battles, and the war, or better put, as they say in Peru, the goat and the rope, serves them right. They also say [Iran in particular] that Israel and the US and England are partners; they are right, so what, Hezbollah is partners with Russia, China, Syria and Iran; again they want the cake and eat to, a one-sided affair. Personal Loans-High Interest Rates To: Honourable Shadow Cabinet Minister of Foreign Affairs
Stockwell DayThe personal loan can be taken from any bank or money lending agency and is very popular with borrowers. If your credit record is sound and you have a stable job and can afford to pay the monthly payments of the loan you should not have any problems being approved to qualify for the loan. Most of the banks will prefer you to consider a secured loan as opposed to an unsecured one. This makes the risk of loss to them less when the loan is either secured against your home or some form of collateralThere are borrowers who are not prepared to take a secured loan. They will probably find a lender who was prepared to give them a loan, but this would be at an extra cost. The interest rate charged would be higher than a secured loan and the duration of the loan would be shorter. This means that the monthly payment would be higher as well. Many people find themselves in debt and this can be a difficult place to be. The only way of getting out of debt is to take a loan and pay them all off. This saves you money as well as the high interest rate debts will be paid off with a lower interest rate loan. The main advantage of organizing you finances this way is that you are left with only one debt and that is the loan which can be paid off over a longer period of time. Prime Minister Paul Martin, in his speech yesterday at the UN, promised Canada’s financial aid package to, and diplomatic support for the Palestinians, to aid in the expedition of the formation of a Palestinian State, now that Israel has disengaged from Gaza. Although this gesture by the Canadian Government would, on the surface, appear to be both generous and timely, I wonder if there are factors that have not been considered, simply because our understanding of the situation has been based upon trust in conclusions and statements purported as factual by the mass media? Yes, the Palestinian Arab people are impoverished, and it would be wonderful to know that Canadian aid is reaching them and caring for their needs. However, one of the biggest problems they face is small business marketing. To understand this lets first take a look at why.Today more than ever, people are jumping on the small business band wagon like the traffic that arrives at a 60% off sales at a major clothing store. There are all kinds of people starting their own plumbing business, contracting business and whatever else you can think of.Part of the reason for this is there is no job security anymore and unions seem to be a thing of the past. The days are long gone where people stayed at the same job for 25 years or more.Corporations have downsized more than ever in today’s changing world. People seem to be laid off for just about any reason you can think of anymore. One thing is for sure, the economy has changed. Many people think we are doomed as a society but, are they failing to realize that things have just only changed. It’s kind of like the auto worker who was laid off because he was replaced by the mechanical robot arm that now makes cars. However that worker took notice and went back to school and learned to repair those robots. His future is now bright again because he was able to see the change he needed to make.In marketing, the same change takes place all the time. Marketing is a never ending battle to get the word about your products or services. If one thing doesn’t work you should try something else until you land upon a winning combination. And then create a small business marketing plan.Don’t get caught up in the mindset of you tried something once and it didn’t work for you so therefore it doesn’t work at all.Marketing takes many years of skill and practice to be able to perform it like a red belt karate master. But let’s look at that karate master just a little closer for a second. In some forms of martial arts, a black belt has to learn only 5 to 10 moves to become Yes, the Palestinian Arab people are impoverished, and it would be wonderful to know that Canadian aid is reaching them and caring for their needs. Holding a SSF guarantees the sale of purchase of its underlying share upon expiry of its contract at an agreed price. As it derives its value from the price of its underlying security, it's assumed the SSF is similar to a warrant. However, there's a distinct difference; the SSF doesn't carry a strike price (the stated price per share for which the underlying stock may be purchased by the option i.e. warrant holder upon exercise of the option contract). This means that by holding a single SSF, investors either pay or receive payment for 1,000 underlying shares, which is its standard contract size, upon maturity. Because cash payment is received or made, actual physical shares don't change hands. This process is called a cash settlement. Before being permitted to trade SSFs, investors must maintain cash reserves in a trading account that is equivalent to 10% - 25% of the underlying stock's value. This 'initial margin' functions like a good-faith deposit, providing assurance those investors can meet their obligations if the SSF moves against their position (that is, the price falls after the SSF has been acquired). The low margin requirement to trade a SSF provides the opportunity for an investor to trade the same amount of stock that a traditional investor does but for less than one-fifth of the cost and compared to buying shares on margin, SSFs require less money to trade. So, SSFs free up more funds for investments. Meaning, lower margins indicates greater leverage and greater leverage allows investors access to more investment products with a smaller capital.Leverage is a powerful benefit but do remember that this means you could lose large amounts as well. It's important that investors monitor the performance of SSFs closely as the val First of all, there never EVER has been a sovereign nation of Palestine, let alone an Arab-only Palestine. Even the Palestine under the Romans was considered to be Jewish! This Jewish connection to the entire area referred to as The Holy Land of Palestine, has been the reality right up until the formation of the current nation of Israel, and in fact, the formation of a homeland for the Jews, mandated and recognized by the Balfour Declaration and the League of Nations, was in its entirety to be given to the Jews. The United nations also officially recognized the right for Israeli sovereignty over the entire geographical (not nation) area formerly known as “Palestine.” Although this has never been legally rescinded or chang
