The definition of double standard is interpreted by me rather simply. You have one set of rules to adhere to, but those same rules do not apply to me. The reason being, is that I am special. However, one must be able to have the capabilities to make decisions.

Racism against Afro-Americans seems to be the most prevalent in the media today. Only because certain leaders in the black community today apparently enjoy keeping things stirred up. They will twist and turn every comment made or deed done to be racist. I am personally tired of it. There are to many Afro-American leaders that are making a difference to change racism to be road blocked by the likes of those who merely want to be in the limelight or cash in. They are not focusing on the positive changes that are continuously developing.

The poorer sides of town are usually filled with minorities. If you listen to some they will advise you it is because they have been held down by the white man.
