The Spamming Trap For Online Business Beginners
People who begin their online business ventures would naturally be unaware of many of the internet business rules, protocols and etiquettes. Yet, as in any law, the internet law does not forgive for ignorance. One of the most important issues that are governed by many controls over the internet is Spamming.A beginner in online business can very easily fall unintentionally into the spamming trap while conducting internet marketing activity to promote his/her business.Spamming has many faces and forms depending on the marketing activity performed. We will list the marketing activity, the possible spamming forms within each marketing activity, possible consequences and how to avoid unintentional spamming in each spamming form.1- E-mail Campaigns: The most common spamming method is conducted through e-mail campaigns. E-mail spamming is when you send an e-mail promoting your product or service to someone who did not request any information from you. In many cases beginners fall into the trap of buying lists of e-mails from questionable sources and when sending the e-mail campaign they would realize that one of the following occurred:a. Received direct complaints. b. The e-mail account gets shut from the ISP or the hosting provider. c. Contacted by internet police. How to avoid e-mail spamming:a. Make sure that the person who you are sending your campaign to has requested information from you or allowed you to send him e-mails.b. When buying e-mail lists make sure that the list is safe and has allowed e-mails to be sent to them.c. Ensure to have a statement at the end of your e-mail that would allow the recipient of your e-mail campaign to opt out if they do not wish to receive any communication from you.2

Evaluating MLM Companies - The Best Product in the World?
It slices, it dices, and makes mounds of coleslaw! It can also scramble an egg within its shell and pick up AM radio stations! So you love your product! You tried it, had great results and thought you could make money selling it. After all, you're a walking, talking testimonial. You'll be rich! This is unfortunately the reason many people get started in MLM. I don't like being the one to burst your proverbial bubble, but this is exactly the wrong reason to get involved with a company. Let me say that again…LOVING YOUR PRODUCT IS EXACTLY THE WRONG REASON TO JOIN A COMPANY!And it is exactly the reason why so many people end up financially and emotionally frustrated with the Network Marketing industry. There are hundreds of Network Marketing companies with remarkable products. And behind those companies and products there are thousands of bewildered distributors wondering why they can't make any money. Don’t get me wrong - having a great product is important, but it doesn't mean you'll achieve financial freedom. If you have joined a company simply to buy a product you like at a reduced price, fine. But if you are in Network Marketing to build a substantial residual, recurring income, then you need to consider a lot more than just the quality of your product.Take a look at the real reason you're in this industry in the first place.Your dreams, your goals, your desires…your "WHY" for doing all this. I'll bet it doesn't have anything to do with your product, does it?I didn't think so.If you happen to like a particular MLM product, by all means, find a reputable distributor and buy it. This helps to support the Network Marketing industry as a whole and gives us all a
One of the most destructive weapons that the enemy uses against us is guilt. My guess is that MOST Christians are dragging around with them the ball and chain of guilt resulting from the sins of their past - maybe even the sins from last night or this afternoon. Think for a moment: If Jesus says "Those who the Son sets free are free indeed" and "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty," exactly where does this guilt fit into the lives of the Believer?

    Answer: It doesn't.

I once heard a minister on a national radio show describing how, in his ministry to Muslims, one thing he heard them saying time and again was, despite their dedication to Islam, "we could never get rid of the guilt."

Fact is, no religion...not even one called Christianity...can alleviate the guilt of sin. It's only through RELATIONSHIP with God that this can take place.

There are several things that occur in the life of the individual who establishes such a relationship with Jesus and grows in grace and in knowledge of their Lord and Savior (2 Peter 3:18):

    I. YOU'VE BEEN JUSTIFIED: that means you've been vindicated; proven to be just, lawful, righteous. In other words, to be justified means "It's just if I'd never sinned!" In God's eyes, you ARE the righteousness of God in Christ. In other words, when God sees you, He sees Jesus. So does the devil.

Do you? Or do you see a divorcee? A liar? A cheater? A pervert? A thief? An illegitimate child? A murderer? A druggie? A drunk? A loser? A failure?

No matter how bad you think you are, that's not what God sees. You've been redeemed - just as a worthless coupon can be redeemed for something of value. Jesus - our Redeemer - has redeemed us. Yes, you've been justified, but NOT because of anything achieved on your own. Check it out:

Eph 1:7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Rom 3:19-28 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time His righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

2 Cor 5:21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

1 Peter 2:24 ...and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.

Rom 5:8-12 But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Rom 3:28-30 For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one. Rom 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness.

Rom 5:1 ...therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ Gal 2:16 ...nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.

Fed Chief Warns Congress Again! Entitlement Spending: The Calm Before The Storm
On January 18th Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, reminded the US Senate Budget Committee "we are experiencing what seems likely to be the calm before the storm." The chairman's remarks were in reference to entitlement spending.Mr. Bernanke's predecessor, Alan Greenspan had likewise advised the congress of this problem in no uncertain terms. The storm is now closer .Mr. Bernanke reported that Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security alone accounted for about 40% of federal spending or about 8-1/2 percent of GDP.He made reference to Congressional Budget Office Projections which say the cost of those three programs will reach 15% of GDP by 2030.Applying 15% of GDP to the present budget, spending for these 3 entitlement programs, would take about $2 trillion of our $2.7 trillion dollar budget, leaving little for other government necessities. This scenario would require massive tax increases.Further, the CBO projections for 2030, say the federal deficit will be close to 9 percent of GDP--more than four times greater than the 2006 deficit. In 2008, baby boomers become eligible for Social Security, so the number of recipients of Social Security and Medicare starts climbing much faster than in the past. Adding to the problem, there likely will be a hefty increase in the cost per person. As if that wasn’t enough, the ratio of workers to retirees has fallen from 41 to 1 in the 1940's, to 3 to 1 today, heading eventually, for 2 to 1.Citing CBO'S projections, Mr. Bernanke proclaimed "the effects on the U.S. economy would be severe."American voters need not be hit over the head to know the consequences of this data. Some of the best minds in the country repeatedly tell us that the congressional elections ev

    Computer Keep Freezing?
Your computer is a finely tuned piece of equipment. When all things are right, or correct, it runs like a well oiled machine: no problems, lightening fast, and gets the job done. But when something goes wrong, it runs like a rusty old clunker. In other words, all kinds of things can go wrong. And it is these things going wrong which makes your computer keep freezing. There are 3 things, which can make your computer freeze: viruses, spyware, and registry problems. We have all heard of viruses. Chances are you already have good anti-virus software on your computer. So this should not be a problem. The second item is spyware, or adware. These items have been in the news so much in the last 2 years you should have heard of this. If you have not, then you should be worried. As you surf the internet, little cookies are being dropped onto your computer to identify you. Most of these are harmless. They are the things which tell a website what you have in your shopping cart. But every now and then, you end up with some that are spying and tracking your movements and sending this information to other websites. You need to get rid of these. The last item is your registry, and most likely the cause of your problem. Registry files tell the computer what to do. If these files are messed up or missing, the computer does not know what to do. This is what makes your computer keep freezing. You can download an error cleaner and fix software and get rid of all of these issues. I always start with my registry when I have problems. And I always run the registry cleaner once a week, just to ensure my computer runs fine. For just 5 minutes worth of time, you can keep your computer from freezing.

Why Most People Fail In MLM
Here, (in my opinion) are the 2 reasons MLM Has a 95%-97% Failure Rate1. The individual participating in the MLM business opportunity must take responsibility for there own success or failure?I mean give me a break, how can you honestly join an opportunity, do nothing, drop out, and then say that it was a scam? Don't get me wrong, there is definitely a lot of crap out there but I would argue that the vast majority of us who participate in these programs enter with the best of intentions and then quickly get discouraged and drop out...even when the company itself is very legitimate2. While the previous statement is very true, I think that the biggest reason that virtually no-one ever makes any money in MLM's is because the people running the companies have absolutely ZERO understanding of how to make things easy for people to duplicate. And we all know that... DUPLICATION (or should I say "replication) IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS IN OUR INDUSTRYMany of you may have a real problem with my #2 reason...well tough cookies. If you want to debate me on Larry King I will be happy to do so.The problem is that most people that are interested in MLM Opportunities are interested in:EARNING A SECOND INCOME Not HAVING A SECOND JOBWhen People have to chase down prospects, figure out how to market/advertise on their own, bother friends and family, follow up like car salesmen have to, etc.... then the opportunity becomes a second JOB! And what's worse... It's a second job that is costing people money every month just to take part in.That's a pretty crappy JOB if you ask me. I can already hear the Old-School “Heavy-Hitters" saying "If you treat it like a business then it'll pay you like a business" our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

1 Peter 2:24 ...and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.

QUESTION: What about James 2:24? A contradiction?
Does James 2:24 contradict these and other verses? For starters, let's use the many verses to define the one and not the opposite. Second, no, there's no contradiction. "You see that a man is justified by works, and not by faith alone."

All we need to do is look at the context. James chapter 2 has 26 verses:
Verses 1-7 instruct us not to show favoritism.
Verses 8-13 are comments on the Law.
Verses 14-26 are about the relationship between faith and works.
James begins this section by using the example of someone who says they have faith but have no good deeds.

James 2:14 - What use is it, my brethren, if a man says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him?" In other words, James is addressing the issue of a dead faith, that is nothing more than a verbal pronouncement. It is empty of life and action. He begins with the negative and demonstrates what an empty faith is (verses 15-17, words without actions).

Then he shows that this type of faith isn't much different from the faith of demons (verse 19).

Finally, he gives examples of living faith that is words followed by actions. He writes of Abraham and Rahab as examples of people who demonstrated their faith by their deeds.

In brief, James is examining two kinds of faith: one that leads to godly works and one that does not. One is true, and the other is false. One is dead, the other alive; hence, "Faith without works is dead," (James 2:20).

Also, notice that James actually quotes the same verse that Paul uses to support the teaching of justification by faith in Romans 4:3. James 2:23 says, "and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, ‘and Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.'" If James was trying to teach a contradictory doctrine of faith and works than the other New Testament writers, then he would not have used Abraham as an example, logically speaking. Correct?

It's obvious that justification is by faith and not works. True faith results in regeneration of the sinner which, in turn, results in good works. But it is NOT these works that earn our place with God nor keep it; Jesus accomplished that on the cross. All that we need, we have in Jesus. All we need to do to be saved, to be justified, is to truly believe in what God has done for us in Jesus on the cross. This true belief with justification before God and regeneration in the new believer, will result in the manifestation of good works.

II. YOU'RE FORGIVEN: For some people, that's a newsflash. You need never again ask God's forgiveness; merely thank Him for what was provided for you at the cross 2,000 years ago. You see, provision was already made for every thing you've ever done wrong - everything you'll ever do wrong. NOTHING is being held against you. To say that your sins were worse than the next guy, is to say, "Thank you, Jesus, but your blood was simply not enough."

Friends, there are NO V.I.P. sinners!

Matt 11:28 - Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden. I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me. For I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.
Ps 55:22 - Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.
1 Jn 2:1 My little children, these things I write to you, that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous."
Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
Isa 1:18 - Come now and let us reason together", says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow."

III. YOU'VE BEEN SHOWN MERCY: God's mercy is new EVERY morning. You have NO YESTERDAY'S. You've been given a clean slate with the rising of the sun every day.

Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus ...
2 Cor 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, behold, all things have become new.

IV. YOU'VE BEEN GIVEN FAITH: When you think
