Like it says in the book of Proverbs; 'As a man thinks in his heart - so is he' When you are thankful for the blessings in life, you are way more open to seeing the solutions to the inevitable problems that every business owner has to face. Cynical people just seem unable to tap into positive solutions. Their attitude blinds them to blessings that are staring them in the face. The same is true with bitterness. 3. Make it a Habit to Consistently Reward Yourself. You would be astonished at how motivated you can become when you set incentives for yourself. NOTE: Businesses the world over have learned and are using the power of employee incentives - special bonuses and rewards for meeting key performance indicators, sales targets, client retention levels etc Choose an incentive that genuinely means something to you.
