Hispanic Marketing and Advertising Explosion
The Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA) announced the results of its survey assessing trends and influential factors in US Hispanic advertising over the past decade. More than 90 percent of respondents indicated that they anticipate corporate ad spending targeting the fastest growing segment of the US -- Latinos -- to increase in 2007 and more than 30 percent are predicting budget growth of more than 10 percent.The majority of respondents (75.9%) believe the finance industry will increase spending most significantly over the next five years followed by entertainment (58.6%) and pharmaceuticals (55.2%). Travel is projected to increase ad spending to reach US Hispanic consumers as well as cited by 27.6% of survey takers.The survey, part of AHAA's reflection on the industry in celebration of its 10-year anniversary, questioned AHAA member agency principals about events affecting their businesses and

But in business, non-profits and organizations, bosses are a reality whether you are a clerk in a mom and pop operation or the number two executive over a multi-billion dollar global corporation. In my twenty-five plus years working for five corporations of varying sizes, I had nearly as many bosses as I had years of employment. Some were great. Many were average. And some were just awful. If you’re serious about making a career as a life coach, you need to know the reality of how to become a life coach.I’ve been a professional coach for over 10 years and I’ve earned a good living. This is the on-going motor or motivator that drives you on week in and week out. I would tend to believe that this is something you’re born with.Second, you need the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. These communication skills can be sharpened up. NLP is a tremendous help with inter-personal communication.Third, you need to be able to work through your client’s “blockages”.
