    What you should do:

    Eat a varied diet with plenty of vegetables and fruits. The rawer the vegetables the better. Don't boil the crap out of them.

    Daily exercise. And I'm not talking about lifting weights and jogging marathons. There is no better exercise than walking. A 45 minute walk in the morning and then another in the evening will do wonders. Another great low strain exercise is simple stretching. Don't kill yourself. Do it at your own pace. Join a fitness program at a gym or the YMCA.

    Quit smoking and cut back on alcohol intake.

    Protect your skin with skin care products and sunscreen.
