People Inefficiencies within an OrganizationPeople Inefficiencies: Organizations are run by individuals. Each individual who is part of the organization has some degree of responsibility for certain number of actions, processes, etc. Let us call these “people tasks.” For example, the hiring process requires the use of an interviewer; thus, the interview process is partly a people task. Each people task has the opportunity to be performed to a certain degree of efficiency—maximum efficiency being the actualization of their respective potentials. Effectiveness is usually considered to be a high degree of efficiency. An interviewer who hires right 95% of the time would no doubt be considered effective. In fact, one could even argue that the greatest true level of efficiency (practical rather s:

Networking Meetings - Refer, Refer and Be Referred - The Referral MatrixYour network is growing. You know lots of different business people and you are getting to know what they can deliver. And, of course, they are getting to know you and what you offer. But does everyone know EVERYTHING about you? And do you know ALL there is to know about your contacts? You need to know all this if you are going to seize every opportunity to build even stronger business relationships…Create Your Referral MatrixThe simplest way to keep an eye on what is developing is to create a Referral Matrix. The concept is very simple. The Referral Matrix gives you an 'At-a-Glance' picture of your business relationships progress. You'll do this for your own contacts and services/pro Our Circulatory System
Our body circulatory system have 3 parts: pulmonary circulation (lungs), coronary circulation (heart), and systemic circulation (the rest).
This system mainly involves the heart, the lungs and the blood vessels.
The lungs provide oxygen for the heart to pump to the rest of our body.
This is done through blood circulation, the blood carries the oxygen from the lungs to the heart. The heart then pumps the blood full of oxygen to all of our body cells.
Nutrients are also carried in the blood to these cells. Our body cells and tissues will die if they do not receive blood. The blood always circulates throughout our body, in arteries, capillaries and veins. It moves in the arteries away from
the heart, to other parts of the body. As the arteries gets smaller as the blood travels away from the heart,
they become capillaries. It is from here that oxygen is supplied to the tissues and in turn, takes away the waste and
carbon dioxide. The returning blood circulation then enters the right side of the heart and moves on to the lungs, where carbon dioxide is deposited.
It then picks up more oxygen and returns to the left side of the heart. The whole process is repeated as the heart pumps the blood
again. So, how do blood circulation affects our health? In many ways, in fact, the circulation affects the whole body
and its functions, and is a basic precondition to maintain good health. Below are some cases of the effects of blood circulation. Brain
In this circulatory system, about 20% of the blood pumped from our heart goes to the brain, which only represents
2% of our body's weight.

Marketing: The Cats & Dogs Of ItFor some time I’ve struggled to come up with a way of distinguishing direct from indirect marketing, if only to help participants in my seminars.Typically, we think of indirect marketing as all of those activities that create customer awareness, fuzzy feelings, and a positive predisposition to buy, which culminates in a customer deciding to contact us.Direct marketing is when we send them a mailer or call them on the phone or run an ad on radio or TV, beckoning them to come into our stores or to call our “800” numbers. With indirect, they come to us, and with direct, we go to them.I had just finished admonishing my dog to stay back while I parked in the driveway, and he obeyed, dutifully. Then I went indoors, cooked some salmo rt then pumps the blood full of oxygen to all of our body cells.

Resistor Color Code SecretsUnderstanding resistor color code is very important if you want to calculate the resistor values of a particular resistor. Each resistor color band represents a number where you could refer to code below to help you to find the standard resistor value. The resistor coding act as a resistor calculator and with examples given, it would not take you a very long time to understand it.0=black, 1=brown, 2=red, 3=orange, 4=yellow, 5=green, 6=blue, 7=violet, 8=grey, 9=white, gold=5% and silver=10%Red, red, orange, gold = 22 multiply by 1 (orange equal to three zero), so you get 22 multiply by 1000 =22000 ohms or 22 kilo ohms with tolerance of +/-5% (gold).Blue, grey, brown, gold = 68 multiply by 1 (brown equal to one zero), so you get 68 mu come capillaries. Business - Bright Chances in Pakistan - A Review (Part I)Recent development in the field of Science and technology has broadened the horizons of the industrial setup and has boomed up the economy and finance in Pakistan. Pages from the 17th century book the British Empire surmount on the Sub-continent in1857 after the war for independence. Their strategy was to exploit the natural resources as the subcontinent was called “Golden Sparrow”. To suppress and weaken Muslim and the people of the subcontinent because of many political reasons was also their main project of surmount. Historic leaders, for example, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan (1817-1898), Dr. M. Allama Iqbal (1877-1938), and Muhammad Ali Jinnah (1876-1948), sensed the hidden natural policies of the British and endeavoured to establish “an own independent piec rculation affects our health? Fiber Laser OpticsWe can call the last decade as the fiber laser optics era. Almost all the devices that form part of our daily life rely of fiber optics technology. Our cell phones, pagers, fax machines and out Internet connexions are the final results of large research on fiber optics, laser and the quantum mechanics of Einstein. He came up with the principle of stimulated emission, which means that electrons could absorb and emit energy of photons at a single frequency. Later on, this was developed to create the microwave emission, and then, this was applied to visible light and finally landed on laser.Since fibers optics laser light could not produce a steady light, scientific led their research focus towards semiconductor lasers that allowed the continuous la s:
- Good memory and concentration
- Good coordination of body parts
- Quick response to stimulation
Unhealthy Blood Circulation gives:
- Headache
- Feeling faint and dizziness
- Reduced or poor mental clarity - forget names easily
- Poor comprehension of figures
Severely Unhealthy Blood Circulation gives:
- Dementia
- Short term memory loss, inability to think through problems, confusion, paranoia, bizarre behaviour
- Stroke
- Long term build up of cholesterol in the brain's blood vessels may narrow the blood vessels and hence, disrupt blood flow.
- When the blood vessels in the brain are blocked or rupture due to increased pressure, a person is said to suffer
from stroke.
- Stroke victims may suffer paralysis, impaired speech, or even death.
Heart Muscles
Good Blood Circulation gives:
- Good energy and stamina
- Regular and normal heart rate
Unhealthy Blood Circulation gives:
- Shortness of breath
- Breathing difficulty is a common symptom of inadequate blood flow to the heart
- Feeling faint and dizziness
- Fatigue
- Easily feels tired when performing physical activities such as jogging
Severely Unhealthy Blood Circulation gives:
- Angina
- Chest pains due to poor circulation to the heart
- Heart attack
- Fatty materials build up gradually in the heart's blood vessels, narrowing the path and obstructs blood flow. Eventually,
this triggers a heart attack.
- Heart failure have a high risk of death, while a mild or moderate heart attack may gradually cause heart failure months or
years after the heart attack.
Liver
Our liver performs many vital functions, which includes:
- Metabolism of carbohydrates, fat
