You never have and you probably never will because it goes against his identity and how he believes is the best way to show that. When you change a behavior you can over time create your capabilities and your beliefs, this kind of change just like the other one, can take a long time to really change the way you think. Yet it can be done over time. Life coaches often work on this level as well, because with a combination of behavior and belief changes you can see immediate results. Environment This is where you live, how you dress, your friends, your family, where you work and anything else you can think of that isn?t directly something you do or something you think about. Changes on this level are non stop. They are being changed both by you and by others. Your environment is the biggest factor in these levels in regards to the stimuli your brain has to deal with. Making a change on an environmental level can often be the start of changing everything else, yet in most cases you can make a more effective and longer lasting change on other levels. If you are in a situation where you feel uncomfortable for example you can remove yourself from the situation, you are changing your environment. This is a simple change that most likely will change the way you behave and it may even change what you are capable of. The root of that is that you believe that your environment is in control of you instead of you being in control of the environment. That behavior, to change the environment, is belief driven, even though you made the change on an environmental level. You could have made the same change by changing the belief about the situation and all other things would probably change immediately.
