    1. You must make a conscious commitment to yourself to do whatever it takes for you to learn, grow, heal. . . and ultimately gain more awareness. And during this process you must, as best you can, follow your own truth.

    2. Develop a relationship with your own inner teacher by practicing the art of listening to and following your inner intuitive guidance. Find your way, and then do it!

    3. Reach out for the support you need for your consciousness journey. The consciousness process is far too complex and difficult to manage totally alone at all times. Of course, there are times when you will need to be alone. You will need to turn inward for answers and trust your own sense of self rather than depending on others. It is part of the consciousness process to learn when we need support and when we need to be independent.

The type of support you need will probably vary from time to time.

Support can come in numerous forms. . . a good friend, group of friends, partner, healing practitioner, workshop, etc. Just be careful and selective when choosing your support systems. If the support system you’ve chosen doesn’t feel right, then it isn’t right! Always trust your gut feelings about what’s right for you, and keep following your inner guidance.

Poker Rakeback - An Easy Way To Be Rich
Poker philosophy says that the best players are those who win all the money. This conventional wisdom is true but it's not just due to the player's potential or skill, the biggest hidden cost in poker is RAKE. The rake prevents poker from being a zero-sum game -- one in which the winners all win and the losers all lose.It wouldn't be an exaggerated story if we say that poker rakeback is one of the greatest innovations of the online poker boom. Fundamentally, it's a deal between you and the house to redeem a part of the rake you pay and return it to your bankroll.

Some of the tools I have chosen on my path of consciousness have been Reiki, meditation, reading about and practicing the various Universal Laws, reading other spiritual related topics, observing nature, simplifying my life. . and just consciously working toward becoming more whole and balanced in general.

    5. Allow yourself to heal. Due to the unconsciousness and denial that exists on our planet today, we have all been wounded to some degree. So, learn to accept and be comfortable with all aspects of yourself. Learn to trust, care for and love yourself.

Remember that healing doesn’t necessarily happen automatically and sometimes takes a period of time. It is always an ongoing process. Just trust your own process and give it time and space to unfold in its own way.

    6. Find ways to express your own personal creativity. Expressing our creativity is an important part of wholeness and fulfillment. The inability to express natural creative energy can often be the root cause of many addictions and spiritual, mental, emotional and physical pain.

You may need to lighten up a bit, have more fun and be a little more adventurous. Maybe you need to take some small risks in order to express yourself in new and different ways. Listen to your inner guidance and take small steps at first.

The primary purpose of our creativity is for our own fulfillment. And remember, creativity expresses itself in many ways and each person has their own unique way. The
