Well here is a perfect example of a city, which appears to not be a very good location for a business, yet has 1 million population for 5 months out of the year, the same four-five months that many cities with high energy costs and temperatures with wind chill factor of minus zero for weeks on end.

I would urge all marketing executives to look for such anomalies such as the City of Quartzsite, AZ when determining the best locations for your company’s business expansion. It pays to not always rely on demographic data or census data, or any data for that matter. If you really want to know, you have to go and take a look you see? Consider all this in 2006.
