Allergy Air Purifier - Kick Allergy Attacks For Good
People who suffer from allergies cannot get relief fast enough. Merely breathing turns into a major task, which can cause serious problems and allergic outbreaks. The air is full of imperfections that can cause major allergic reactions for many, and mild allergic reactions for even more. The air in most homes is full of odors, mold, mildew, pet dander and various other allergens in the air. This causes many allergy sufferers problems with how to cope on an almost daily basis. You should first seek the advice of a doctor to determine exactly what your allergy is. Some people are allergic to specific foods, while others are allergic to pet dander and even pollen. If you are allergic to something that is in the air then you can easily see some improvements in your allergies just by using a simple allergy air purifier. You should never attempt to treat allergies yourself without first knowing what specifically is causing the allergy.Using an allergy air purifier will enable the purifier to trap many of the particles in the air that tend to cause many of the allergic outbreaks that we see today. A very large number of people are allergic to pet hair and pet dander.
ong> will enable us, eventually, to overcome it. Please note: we do not overcome anything; only He does, if we let Him!! It is the desire not to sin that separates the saved from the unsaved, not the actual cessation of committing sin. We will always sin until our dying day, Born Again or otherwise. Hopefully those of us who are Born Again will be sinning less as we grow in our relationship with our brother and friend, The Lord Jesus Christ. The stronger that bond of Godly love (agape) grows the more powerful His Power grows in us and we will automatically sin less. We must learn that we cannot achieve this under our own programmes of 'spiritual exercises' like the blasphemer Ignatius.

The issue of desire is plainly demonstrated by Mary when she sat at The Lord's feet to hear Him speak - it was her desire, a voluntary action, she wanted to hear Him. She didn't make herself sit there, she wanted to sit there.

Getting back to those Corinthian Church members, we can now see their problem in a true light. Paul is saying to them: "Look, is The Lord Jesus Christ in you or not in you, if He is then you won't want to be doing what you are doing, your desire will be not to do what you are doing. On the other hand if your desire is to continue without thought in your dissolute lifestyles then The Lord cannot be in you and you are reprobates.

To sum up then, we can now see that self-examination has nothing to do with self-improvement or spiritual exercises. Self-improvement is of the self - period. Self-examination for a Christian means only one thing; to see if The Lord Jesus Christ is in you or not in you. You are either Born Again or you are not Born Again and if you have an innate desire to do what He would love you to do - even if you fall at the

Excercise Does Not Always Mean Sport In Child Obesity
Childhood obesity is an increasingly difficult problem. Action, if taken early, can change the outcome for obese children or even prevent it happening in the first place. An appropriate exercise problem is one tool that can alter the outcome for such childrenExercise ideas don't just have to come from a sporting background, take dance classes for instance. There are a variety of dance classes out there to suit any child's style and musical preferences. Ballet dancing increases strength, flexibility and coordination as it requires good posture and precise movement. Ballroom classics like the tango foxtrot and waltz will also help encourage your child to interact with others. If your child is looking for a more energetic form of dance there is Tap, which is set in time to a musical beat. There are many other popular styles of dance from jazz, hip-hop and swing to modern break dancing and popping. The following is fact ... obesity could shave an average of nine years from our lifespanWhen you child is involved in long periods of exercise and activity they should include a warming up and cooling down period. A warming up period slowly increas
2 Cor 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? There are the questions that all Christians should be able to answer: 1) Do you know your own selves and 2) do you know if Jesus Christ is in you?

Now this verse of Holy Scripture is very well known in fundamental and possibly charismatic Christian circles too. In fact, most serious evangelical denominations are very familiar with it, but do they understand it? Do they understand it or blindly treat it in the same light as Ignatius whom I revealed as a counterfeiter and impostor in my article entitled "Theology & Theologians or Bible Intellectuals & Bible Intellectualism - Part 5 - The 'Church Fathers'." Ignatius thought that self-examination was all part of a do-it-yourself self-help; self-improvement programme involving strict self imposed spiritual exercises or boot strap Christianity as I call it - I wonder which gym he used? This process is otherwise known as "salvation by works."

Mainstream Christian self-examination is usually taught from pulpits along the lines of this: "examine yourselves to see if you 'measure up', are you 'good enough' to call yourself a Christian. One of their favourite little "guilt loaders" is this: "if someone took you to court for being a good Christian would they be able to find you guilty as charged?" I've digressed here a little, so back to our self examination: how many sins you have you committed this week, how many repetitive sins have you not overcome, has your permanent smile slipped at all, have you made sure your finances are in order and you have your tithe (10%) for the plate this week, have you gotten yourself 'right with God' yet and are you ready for the next renewal? This is how it goes, and it goes on and on and on, I could easily have filled a whole A4 sheet of paper with this list of to-do's, never mind the 'do-nots'! So what's it all about and where is the grace in all this stuff? Furthermore, is this the message The Lord Jesus Christ, through Paul, is trying to get across here? Notice too how it's all based on YOU and not The Lord Jesus Christ - your strength not The Lord's strength.

In order to understand this verse properly we need some background information on the troubles and problems Paul was having with certain members of the Church at Corinth. We also need to understand what a cesspit of licentiousness and depravity Corinth was in the first century. Fornication was a societal norm in a city where temple prostitutes offered sex whilst Corinthians worshipped their pagan deities. This was religion with a difference or 'added attraction' making religious observances all very enticing indeed. No empty pews in these 'churches' I'll bet. In turn this sexual depravity tempted those who were Spiritual babes or new to the faith in the Church at Corinth, resulting in stern admonishment from Paul. Now was this admonishment for the sins committed or for their attitudes or approach toward sinning? Notice, it was not the first time Paul had had to do this as we can see in:

2 Cor 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

2 Cor 12:20 For I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found unto you such as ye would not: lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults.

First off we can see there were other problems with this Church; it was a hotbed of general unchristian behaviour and dissention including repetitive sins not repented of: verse 21 And lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.

Here we can plainly see the problems Paul was having with these Church members and continuing in Chapter 13 I will copy here the first four verses from the Amplified Bible rather than the KJV:

1 This is the third time that I am coming to you. By the testimony of two or three witnesses must any charge and every accusing statement be sustained and confirmed. 2 I have already warned those who sinned formerly and all the rest also, and I warn them now again while I am absent, as I did when present on my second visit, that if I come back, I will not spare [them], 3 Since you desire and seek [perceptible] proof of the Christ Who speaks in and through me. [For He] is not weak and feeble in dealing with you, but is a mighty power within you; 4 For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He goes on living by the power of God. And though we too are weak in Him [as He was humanly weak], yet in dealing with you [we shall show ourselves] alive and strong in [fellowship with] Him by the power of God.

Here we can see that this is not the first time Paul has had to deal with these members and their behaviour. In verse 3 Paul clearly states that The Lord Jesus Christ speaks in and through him. I will digress here a while to put to rest a common blasphemy of mainstream Christian theologians and Bible intellectuals who will frequently use the argument that Paul was only a man, who spoke only as a man and for himself only. They do this so they can explain away certain Holy Scriptures they find difficult to comprehend, unpalatable to their closed carnal minds or, in their puffed up conceit and vanity, cannot agree with, because they clash with their preconceived erroneous liberal or evangelical agenda and ideas. (Please see my article "Progressive or liberal 'Christianity' versus Fundamental 'Christianity')

In the second half of verse 3 Paul confirms what I have been saying in my other articles; that Jesus Christ is not a wimp, He is not weak in dealing with us but is mighty in power within us and He should have been mighty in power in these Corinthian Church members and this is where we come to the rub in verses 4 and 5. These members were behaving as if they were weak only, but Paul was telling them they should be showing themselves as alive and strong through the Power of God in them through The Lord Jesus Christ in them. Hence we have Paul's exhortation in verse 5 for them to examine themselves to see if they are, in fact, in the Faith and to see if Jesus Christ is actually in them. If He is not in them then they are, indeed, reprobates - disqualified.

Now how do we know if The Lord Jesus Christ is in us or not? Through desire to do what He would love us to do, we should want to do what pleases Him, because He has written His Law on our hearts. Hearts of flesh not hearts of stone. The problem is, we don't always do what He would love us to do or would want us to do, because we are still weak in the flesh and succumb to temptation, but if we maintain that desire not to sin He will enable us, eventually, to overcome it. Self Esteem - How to Improve Yours
Every moment of every day, you are creating your self esteem (for better or worse) by what you choose to think, do and say. And, yes, it IS a choice! That means that you and you alone, have the power to change your low self esteem and your self confidence for the better. There are literally hundreds of ways that we give ourselves messages, some positive and some negative. The messages we give ourselves determines how we feel about ourselves, and the way others feel about us as well. Every message is either building us up or tearing us down. Here’s a few suggestions on how to improve your low self esteem and self confidence:1) Focus on what you do wellThere are literally hundreds of things that you do well, for how many of them are you giving yourself credit? And, how often are you giving yourself credit for them in comparison to the things you’ve been criticizing yourself for? All too often people are so caught up in trying to be “perfect” that they don’t give themselves nearly enough credit for what they ARE doing well. The more you learn to praise yourself and give yourself credit for what you’re doing well, the more you will open up to the possibility of doing e

    Email Internet Fax Service
E-mail has been one of the most convenient innovations of our time. It gives you the option to send a message in real time, and if there are problems with the mail delivery, you get a response that an error was encountered and that the sending of the e-mail failed. Gone are the days where you ponder if the mail has been received by the intended party. But sad to say, not everyone has embraced this technology. In conducting business transactions, people usually resort to the use of fax as a real-time means of communication. However, fax bills can be high if the call is overseas. You can now make use of these services that allow you to send a fax message through your e-mail. An email-to-fax service provides you and your co-workers with the option to send out fax messages via an e-mail application, customize cover sheets with company logos, include pictures and graphs, plus get a confirmation message that your fax has been sent to its intended recipient. The process behind the e-mail Internet fax service is that your e-mail service provider sends the document to the fax number of your customer. Your provider will be responsible for sending the message to the other party, and

The Dangers Of Shopping On Ebay
Buying online at auction websites such as ebay is becoming ever more popular and there are some great bargains out there to take advantage of. There are however risks involved and in this article I am going to write about a bad experience a friend of mine went through, an experience which would cost him a lot of money.I have used ebay many times in the past and have not only bought a great many items but have also sold a few. I have to say it is quite a buzz and is a great way of offloading some of the things that I no longer have a use for. I have even been surprised at the amounts of money some of these items have sold for.During a recent evening out, I was discussing ebay with a friend of mine, his name is Ian. Ian has recently attempted to make money from online auctions and was hoping it would earn him a type of second income. He would buy a particular item at what he thought was quite a low price and would then re-list the same item a couple of weeks later, hoping he would make a tidy profit and some easy money. One of his ways of attempting to pull off a good deal was by phoning or e-mailing the seller and offering them a price to close the auction ear

You are either Born Again or you are not Born Again and if you have an innate desire to do what He would love you to do - even if you fall at the first hurdle or six, then you have examined yourself and you are not a reprobate - it's as simple as that. All you have to do is just keep on believing and trusting in Him. The Lord Jesus Christ will overcome the sinful nature still lurking within your physical body, not you. All you have to do is make sure you have that desire not to sin which in turn proves The Lord Jesus Christ is in you.
