It generally will not work and you need to concentrate on the actual phone conversation or you are liable to lose a very good customer. The customer will most likely think you are phony and fake and not wish to do business with you.

    This happens so often and it starts with teenagers trying to impress their friends. It is interesting that people in the sales community still do this as adults. It is kind of pathetic don’t you think? Please consider this in 2006.
